Director of Business Development
Stephen White serves as the Director of Business Development for ISG. His experience in the asphalt construction and maintenance industry spans nearly 25 years. Early in his career, he learned about the industry by working on asphalt construction and maintenance crews. After seven years in the field, he transitioned to sales, marketing and operations management. A substantial portion of the last 15 years has been spent in sales management and providing educational seminars for our partners which include property managers, engineers, and individual board members from the residential, commercial, and municipal markets. Additionally, White provides budgetary assessments and reserve study information for hundreds of multi-family and commercial developments. He assesses current conditions and renders a sound long-term pavement management plan with attention to expectations, both short-term and long-term, and budgetary allowances.
Director of Project Management
Kris Graham serves as the Director of Project Management. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Construction Management. His experience spans all phases of the asphalt construction and maintenance spectrum. Graham started his career in field in-site development. His years of site work allowed him to gain valuable experience which led to his extensive knowledge of asphalt construction and maintenance and leading production teams to meet the expectations of clients. His ability to train individuals and manage best practices enables the team to produce consistently high-quality products in an efficient manner. Additionally, his years of customer interactions allow the team to adapt to ever-changing work environments and environmental conditions.
Regional Business Development Manager
Kyle Farner serves as a Regional Business Development Manager. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Fishery and Wildlife Conservation. Farner has spent his career at ISG. His responsibilities focus on learning the operational benefits and capabilities of project solutions and maintaining, nurturing, and developing significant relationships with partners at The Villages and surrounding areas. Additionally, he has served in many capacities including foreman and project manager. His hands-on approach allows him to convey accurate, efficient and effective expectations between partners, clients and field personnel, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
